This includes registering with us for very useful search tools with which you will be able to  personalise
and manage your searches. This includes the ability to save searches, save individual listings and also
includes a great program in which your individual criteria, your wants and needs for your new home,
are kept and you will receive automatic e-mail updates on the properties you want.  You will  get the
listing information immediately. This gives you the opportunity to preview the homes before most other
folks, or even some real estate agents, know they are out there.  


BUYER & SELLER INFORMATION.....

In this site we offer lots of valuable information for buyers and    sellers. For buyers we suggest you
browse through our homes for sale, our listings, search the MLS, look at available properties and get
a feel for the Charlottesville real estate market. We have lots of home buying information to help you
